DAMRON believes in staff development and training for the future benefit of DAMRON. Types of training provided to our employees include Adobe Photoshop, FONA Flavor/Beverage Classes, ESL and CPR certification. We offer tuition reimbursement for GED, degree, and graduate programs
Sustainability is a large part of how we do business. DAMRON has goals that will be achieve within the next 3.5 years which includes:
- Measure and report our carbon footprint
- Create an environmental management system
- Reduce energy by 20%
- Reduce water by 20%
Our Immediate goal is to source 30% of Rainforest Alliance Certified Tea (RAC) by March 2017, with 100% RAC by 2020.
